We partner with trusted U.S.-based warehouses and suppliers to ship most of our products domestically.
This helps us keep shipping times short and product quality high.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Casaory currently ships only within the United States.
We hope to expand internationally very soon — stay tuned!

📦 How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

🔄 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused and unopened items.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at support@casaory.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll help you start the return process.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • Some items (personalized/customized) may not be returnable — check product descriptions.

🛠️ What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please email support@casaory.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Not yet — but it’s coming soon!
We're working on offering gift wrap and personalized notes as part of the Casaory experience.
